A seamless delivery experience is guaranteed to be provided to all customers who shop with Janellahcollections. The processes and timelines regarding product fulfillment are clearly detailed within this shipping policy.

Order Handling Time

Once a transaction is successfully completed, orders are processed and dispatched on the same day by our fulfillment staff. Products are carefully retrieved from the inventory, inspected for quality control, and packed securely to ensure prompt dispatch.

Transit and Delivery Timelines

Following the completion of the handling phase, shipments are handed over to local courier services for transit. For deliveries within Nairobi and surrounding regions, same-day delivery is provided. For destinations outside of Nairobi within Kenya, a transit time of up to 2 business days can be expected before the package arrives at the designated location.

Shipping Costs and Destinations

Free shipping is provided for all orders within the Nairobi CBD. For deliveries outside of Nairobi, shipping rates range from KES 350 to KES 1,000. All shipping rates are displayed clearly at the checkout screen before final payment is authorized by the consumer. Currently, shipping services are exclusively restricted to destinations within Kenya.

Delivery Delays and Tracking

While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally be experienced due to unforeseen circumstances or courier disruptions. Once a package is dispatched, tracking details are provided via email so that the progress of the delivery can be monitored easily by the customer.
